Veggies in the oven, in short

Very basic and low-touch method for making vegetables in the oven of any size, including a toaster oven. here is how to do it: heat the oven to 400F wash, peel and cut vegetables in a large bowl mix vegetables with sauce.  spread on the baking sheet in one layer, skin side down. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes . Veggie mixes: broccoli, cauliflower, red onions Chinese eggplant, garlic cloves, shallots, peppers,  uncut parsley sauce: Oil and spices oil, mustard, spices oil, balsamic vinegar, spices pesto
